做法跟2006有一點點不同，以vcl為列
0. 確定dexplorer 沒有執行
1. 將軟體的help copy到 $delphi\help\doc，若需要也可以建立目錄，如$delphi\help\doc\jvcl
2. cmd-> cd $delphi\help\doc -> h2reg.exe -r "cmdfile="jvcl\JVCL333_h2reg.ini"
2.1 這時候其實也可以用dexplorer開啟剛剛安裝的document，eg

RAD Studio 2007 => 
  "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Help\dexplore.exe" /helpcol ms-help://borland.bds5
Jedi JVCL => 
  "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Help\dexplore.exe" /helpcol ms-help://Jedi.JVCL


3. 將plugin加入剛剛註冊的document
